Our relationship

We work with CRRC and its qualified subsidiaries as a commercial intermediary — sourcing rolling-stock spare parts and equipment for European-side counterparties. The relationship is transactional and project-based, not exclusive: we represent the buyer's interest and source against the buyer's specification.

Our relationship

Acemil Zrt. is our principal European-side commercial partner. The working relationship covers project specification, contracting, payment and on-the-ground engagement with end-clients in the EU market. Both companies operate as separate legal entities under their respective jurisdictions.

Beyond our principal partners, we work with a wider network of qualified manufacturers, freight forwarders, inspection agencies and customs brokers — named on a per-project basis.

We do not list these counterparties publicly out of respect for ongoing commercial relationships, but they are disclosed under NDA on request to qualified counterparties and financial institutions performing due diligence.
